What is the purpose and legal basis of the data processing pursuant to Article 13(1c) of the GDPR?

The purpose and legal basis of the processing of personal data is establishing and performing a business relationship. The legal basis is Article 6(1)(1)(f) of the GDPR. Data that is not necessary for establishing and performing the business relationship will not be collected and, therefore, not processed.

The data shall be deleted or blocked as soon as the purpose for which it was stored no longer exists. You may also contact us using the e-mail address provided. In this case, the user’s data transmitted with the e-mail will be stored. No data will be passed on to third parties. The data will only be used to process the conversation. The legal basis for data processing is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR.
